TIPS to TONE up your LAWN
Another gardening year has sprung and your lawn is very much part of that “Green and pleasant land, England.”
This year, while we have escaped the heavy snow, other aspects of the weather have also had a major influence on our lawns. Last year, we had an extremely dry spring and summer, causing the soil in many lawns to dry out and become heavily compacted, which caused brown patches in many lawns. This pattern of drier weather needs consideration and good water retention in the root zone is vital. Various products are available for water conservation.
